• Awards Banquet Dinner Sponsor – $3,500.00
  We will recognize your business during the banquet and give you the opportunity to do a 15-minute presentation at the beginning. This also gives you an ad in the conference program.
• Banquet Entertainment Sponsor- $2300.00 – $2,300.00
  We will recognize your business during the banquet and give you the opportunity to give a 10-minute presentation and introduce the entertainment for the evening. This also give you an ad in the conference program. We would give you the opportunity to help select the entertainment.
• Break Sponsor- $300.00 – $300.00
  (there are 4 breaks during conference)
  We will recognize your business before the break you sponsor, and you will have an ad in the conference program.
• Conference Game Night Sponsor- $1400.00 – $1,400.00
  We will recognize your business during the game night. You would cover the snacks and drinks during the game night for 2 hours. You would have an ad in the conference program. (game night has become one of the best networking opportunities at conference)
• Lunch Sponsor $1600.00 – $1,600.00
  (There are 2 lunches during conference)
• NAEM Conference Sponsor Level 1 - BRONZE – $250.00
  Includes standard booth along with an ad in the conference program. This also includes a single table with cover.
• NAEM Conference Sponsor Level 2 - SILVER – $450.00
  This sponsorship includes an ad in the program as well as a single table with cover. This also gives the vendor a 5-minute presentation time during the conference.
• NAEM Conference Sponsor Level 3 - GOLD – $550.00
  Includes a standard vendor booth a 1/2 page ad in the conference program and 10 minute presentation time during the conference.
• NAEM Conference Sponsor Level 4 - PLATINUM – $1,000.00
  Includes a standard booth consisting of a single table with cover at the conference and a full page ad in the conference program and 15 minute presentation time during the conference.
• Volunteer organization information table – $110.00
  This is for Volunteer agencies that provide a service after an event. With a conference registration you will be given a booth to display your organization/agencies information. Please contact to verify if you qualify for this type.
